No
person or association may conduct
a race meeting or have anything to
do with the conduct of such a meeting,
except pursuant to a license granted
and issued by the Louisiana Racing
Commission.
No
person, partnership, corporation or
business entity shall engage in a
business, occupation or profession
on the grounds of an association licensed
to conduct a race meeting, except
pursuant to a license granted and
issued by the Louisiana Racing Commission.
