Amendment of LAC 46:XLI.Chapter 19.  Training Tracks

 

At its meeting on August 29, 2011, the Racing Commission approved the following Notice of Intent regarding Louisiana licensed training tracks: (Notice of Intent is published in the Louisiana Register).

1903-1907 Notice Of Intent

At its meeting on February 27, 2009, the Racing Commission suspended the provisions of LAC 35: V. 6359 Shoes for Quarterhorses only, allowing a maximum height of 4 millimeters on toe grabs on horseshoes effective March 7, 2009 until further notice.
